Coconut Fried Walleye
I nearly forgot about posting this. Luckily, I took a photo and stumbled upon it today! Conveniently, it's a great dish to try during Lent.
This recipe is pretty easy and could be made with any type of fish, I happened to have some walleye in the freezer. Serve it with vegetables and another side of your choice, we used some garden green beans and a rice medley.

Being Clear
I struggle with being clear with people. I end up feeling like I'm "being mean" or selfish. Writing, it is no problem. Saying it, is another matter all together.
Being clear in communicating with others tends to be an area, especially for women, that we are not always encouraged to do. In relationships with friends, family and others, there is always a give and take, or compromises, or so we are told to learn.
Why are we conditioned to feel bad when we are clear about what we
want?

Have Less, Love More | Do What You Love Journey
I've been following Tara Mohr and I wanted to share this with you today, because I love her statement in this piece about having less and loving more.
I recently moved to a smaller house that was a bit nicer and closer to things we could walk to easier. We live in a town with a population of just over 3,000 and I feel we really should minimize the car use if we can.
I'm enjoying having a different use of space in this home. It's made me consider what I need and really use. I didn't think I had a lot, as I had downsized from a large home already when I moved here from a nearby city. But, I still have too much for this house and I need to part with it.

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses
Well, I won't be giving any excuses here today. But, I did want to get a post up because I have been thinking and thinking so hard about what I want to do here.
I am regrouping.
