Natural Remedies for Seasonal Allergies Link-Up

Looking for Natural Remedies for Seasonal Allergies?
I AM & I need your help! Please Link Up!

Each spring, my almost 8 year old son looks like this for about 2 months.  Miserable, miserable, miserable.

He is emotional, doesn't feel well, rubs his nose raw with tissue since when he is up, his nose is dripping, and when he lays down he gets post-nasal drip, so he isn't sleeping well either when he coughs all night long.

I have been trying everything (herbs, spices, supplements, limiting certain foods, positioning him in bed at night) to help him feel better with his seasonal allergies. And I've also broken down with some not so natural remedies like Mucinex (gave him bloody noses) and this week, I broke down and gave him some Claritin.  I don't really think it's doing all that much for him. I'm in eastern Nebraska and the tree pollen is very high this week.

So, it's renewed my quest in searching for more natural remedies, something I am aware that there is no fast fix, but I want him to feel good in a couple of weeks so he can enjoy being around people on his birthday, April 12th.  What have you tried that works?
